    The 12x month membership allows you the flexibility to choose how many days per week you attend.

  • SilverFit Program

    Our beginner’s 60+ community. Re-build strength, improve mobility & increase endurance. This membership gives you 12 class over 3 months. Join us!

  • Unlimited Crosstraining

    Unlimited Members can choose from any of the classes or open gym times throughout the week.

  • Youth Unlimited Crosstraining

    This plan is for all youth and students currently enrolled in post-secondary school. This membership can be used for open gym or crosstraining classes.

Every Sunday at 9:00am for the winter months.

There are 6 bikes available. No drop-ins allowed, you must pre-register.

You can purchase a one time drop in pass or a monthly membership that allows you one class per week for $50.00/month. The membership will renew each month.

Teen Class

Youth Ages 11 and older to safely participate in fitness in a gym enviromnent.
