Kelsey Klatt
Kelsey is the talented coach you will find at Silverfit, Mom’s Hour, and after work. She can take any workout programmed and scale it so it’s tailored to ensure you have a great session. She has been part of K2 since we opened the doors and I give her a lot of credit for our success.
Kelsey is the mom of a gifted athlete and a full-time photographer. It is fair to say she spends a lot of time traveling the Province when she is not here coaching.
-
Corrine Kolody
Corrine is our 6:30am coach and you can also find her at a few 4:00pm classes per week. When she is not here she is the Admin Assistance at Fort Elementary.
Corrine has been training at K2 since the day we opened our doors. She loves anything will a barbell and thinks the Bear Complex is fun.
Like all great athletes she has goals such as improving pull-ups, toes to bar, double unders and going upside down.
Her Mantra is “Just Keep Moving” and her advice to anyone new is “the hardest part is coming through the door. You are stronger than you think”

Raquel Moleski
Fusion Fit Trainer
Raquel has been attending Crosstraining classes with Holly since before K2 opened.
She fell in love with Barre training because it offers low impact options for current members and a great workout without any burpees or heavy lifting.
She completed training with the American Barre Technique and started teaching at K2. She loves to lift heavy weights, but she’s never felt stronger and fitter than after a year of Barre.
“These low impact movements build long lean muscles that not only look great but have helped me to lift heavier and improved mobility. I haven’t had a single injury since I have been doing Barre and I really love the group I get to work with.”

Marcy Johnson
Marcy coaches early morning classes and is part of our spin team. She has been at K2 for 7 years and has coached many sports. She works full time, has 2 daughters and 3 grandkids.
She loves the barbell and doing cleans. She is working on handstand push-ups and her pull-ups without a band.
She also believes “we can do hard things.” Her advice to new members is “we were all new and nervous. It takes time so give yourself grace when trying new things.”
-
Christine Deymen
Christine in our beautiful Yoga instructor and you will find her a few Thursdays each month. She is a busy Nurse Practitioner during the day and has a sweet young daughter to fill the rest of her time.
Christine has been a member of K2 since we opened the doors and her favourite workouts are the ones that are short and sweet!
Her pep talk she gives herself is “you can do hard things” and also believes walking in the door is the hardest part of joining the gym.
