As a Functional Nutrition Counsellor I specialize in finding the right nutrition and lifestyle that get you to optimal health. You, your experiences and your lifestyle are unique so your diet should be as well. Stress, sleep, exercise, medication, hormones and food intolerance all contribute to stubborn weight loss. You deserve to feel amazing and figuring out how to focus your efforts makes a huge difference. I can help you focus and get results.

Our Process

Whether workout out is a social affair or a private pursuit, K2 offers a range of training experiences to get you up and running. From group classes at a maximum of 10 with strict social-distancing practices to individual sessions and gym times, we offer every member a way to get the most out of their workout and the K2 community. With a flexible schedule, you’ll be able to train when it works best for you.
